Why do I have to pay a deposit?
The deposit reserves your date & time in my calendar. I do not book anyone until I have received your deposit. It is 50% of your total with the remaining amount due on the day of the shoot. Also, the deposit is non-refundable in case of last minute cancellations. If you absolutely must cancel, the deposit will go towards your future session. I understand things come up unexpectedly sometimes, so I will do my best to work with you.
Which areas do you service?
I'll go anywhere in Colorado within 50 mi of Denver. If your location is further away, then I'm happy to accommodate and we can discuss a travel fee.
Can I have the unedited photos you took?
No. RAW images are not the final product. I want to provide you with my absolute best finished work. It's like asking an artist for their unfinished painting. Choose quality over quantity.Â
What if I don't like the final product?
I strive to set very clear expectations before every photo shoot and have clear communication at all times. The best way to ensure that you will be happy with your photo shoot is to get prepared. Choose a location you love and dress in an outfit that makes you feel confident and look your best! If you are not happy with the outcome and I have done my part and delivered the photography services that we agreed on, unfortunately I will not be providing a refund.
How will I receive the photos?
You will receive the edited photos within two weeks of your photo shoot. A link to download the files will arrive in your email inbox from WeTransfer. You will have access to the link to download your photos for seven days. Make sure to save them in a secure location and preferably back up as well. In seven days the link will expire and you will no longer have access. The files will be deleted.
